I talk about this with mums a lot. It’s not always the first advice I go to as changing your foods can be quite a pain that you perhaps don’t want to get in to when caring for a new baby. However, the results can be absolutely amazing and worth it. Making a few simple changes can transform your baby’s wind, colic or reflux, making you happier too.
