This is a 5 day eating plan that I recommend to the mothers I see in clinic. If you feel great on this and your baby is happy then please carry on longer than 5 days!
It is a “Paleo” type plan but also it is fairly low in common triggers for wind and colic in babies if you are breastfeeding.
It is also designed to nourish you and keep you full so you don’t snack too much on sugar foods which can then create wind in your baby if you are breastfeeding or give you blood sugar up’s and down’s.
